To Reset Your Password

To reset your password for online banking, please call customer service at (866) 952-9523 or visit a local branch.

Customer service hours:

Monday - Friday
7am - 8pm CST

8am - 5pm CST

The representative will reset your password for you. You should then immediately log in to Arvest Online Banking with BlueIQ™ and create a new password.


For your protection, if your password is incorrectly entered three times in a row, your account will be locked for 24 hours or until it is reset by an Arvest Bank customer service associate.

To change your security information in Arvest Online Banking with BlueIQ™, log in to your account from a web browser on your computer or tablet. Choose the Settings tab. Select the Security sub-tab. From this screen, you can change your security questions, security question answers, password and login ID.
